look i am going to my dad's worrk and filling in for his secratary what should i wear. ps really all i have in my closet are some dark colored jeans and penstriped pants and then for shirts a tee that is nice that is red

Tees usually aren't good office atire. For a relaxed cumfortable yet professional look you can look for a nice long sleved v neck from knights bridge or faded glory at your local walmart for less than $15 usually. As a temp nice jeans would be tolerable though I'd recomend some nice twill/black cargo pants. You can also find them resonably priced and comfortable.

what type of company is it? an office environment where there's constant interaction w/ the public & clients or just a small company/place.
wear your pinstripe pants and a nice white shirt. simple and easy to put together.
