The answer to this depends on what the situation is. If you are thinking of flirting at work, think real hard about your workplace rules.

You could potentially lose your job if an individual decides that your flirting is "sexual harassment."

If, for instance, you're a 20 year old man, and you're "flirting" with a 65-85 year old woman I don't think that would ever be taken seriously by either person she'd probably be laughing as you flirted and enjoying the attention.

Be real careful "fake flirting" with people within 15 years of your age, because they could think that you have a real interest. That is when either the sexual harassment issue comes into play, or when you discover you now have an individual who is coming on to you, and you initiated it. (Which can also eventually turn into a sexual harassment issue.)

In the workplace you are far better off just fantasizing and never saying a thing if there is any potential at all of attraction by either side.

Flirting Is definatly NOT okay, How would you feel if she was flirting with some guy? If you want to have a good relationship the only person you should flirt with is your spouse. Flirting with someone you like always leads to more. Or it just leads that other person on. Either way it would make you a jerk. :)

It OK to a point because flirting is something people do with out thinking it. What remember is that he come back to you. If do not like it tell him. that all you can do, because if try change him just hate you for it and cheat on you. Sometime it just how someone is, it part who he is.

Flirting can be dangerous because you have some weak minded individuals that take you seriously. Then you have them following you home, peeping through the window causing problems or worse. Keep playing with fire and you will get burnt.

Its perfectly fine to FLIRT, as long as it doesn't continue into kissing or thinking sexual thoughts about the other person.
