If you really want chills by listening to that song, try the instrumental version by The Pipes and Drums of The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards.
Bagpipes'll do it every time.

Jesus is love and his love is great.... The thought of Him being so meek, loving caring brings a joy to His people for the feeling of His love and the way they made that song was jus all about His Superb love for MANKIND. That song gives me chills to chick!!

Seriously, the beat and tempo of the music is very dramatic. You could probably sing the same words to an upbeat tempo and you would be fine, my two cents.
