You should be unobtainable on the telephone, this is a prerequisite.

Also you should reply to any emails with an automated reply saying that you will be out of the office all this week, and giving the details of another colleague to contact. This other colleague will, of course, also be unobtainable.

You have to be able to promise to "get back" to people and actually look convincing about it.

Finally, I can't help noticing that most ladies in HR have good legs.

hi..they need to be well educated in state and government guidelines..well spoken and understanding.They need to be knowledgeable of company policy and be able to use this for the employee if need be.Computer skilled.Being bilingual is a definite plus.Must also be open minded and realize that more than one kind of person makes up a workplace.

an HR assistant needs to be gud wid jugling stuff at one time! gud communication skills not just sugar coated talk but real stuff...saying NO...n hell lotfs attitude...u need to tell d recruits dat dere is no messin up...being d HR head of google...dis is all i can tell u! keep up d work!
