Learn to cook, read books, work out every day, take day road trips, take up photography, make a scrapbook, spend time with friends, get a pet, redecorate your house/apartment, build a web site, update your resume, sign up for a dance class or singing lessons, go ice skating, see some movies, spend one whole afternoon in Barnes & Noble (it's amazing how time flies in there!), play laser tag, go indoor golfing...
... that should be enough to keep you busy!
