Depending on your location, in the US in central and south, O'Reilly auto parts is a distributor. Delphi is an aftermarket company with it's main ties to GM, but distributes batteries to Honda and Toyota. If you are looking for a warranty for your battery, O'Reilly auto parts can't do it unless it was purchased through them. If the battery came with the car and the car is under 2 years old, the dealer should have some sort of replacement program, you might want to call first for a list of prices.
