Can it happen withing 2-3 days after sex?

Hi honey. It would depend on when you made love. Two or three days if awfully quick but I suppose that if it just happened to be timed perfectly it could happen. The human body is an amazing thing and it is not very often that you can say something could NEVER happen. It usually takes some time for the sperm to travel up to the egg and then more time for the then fertilized ovum to wander down to the uterus where it implants. On an average it takes the fertilized ovum 5 to 6 days to reach the uterus. I would have to say that two or three days is really pushing it. It would be in the "strange but true" category. The small amount of bleeding could have been from something else.

Implantation occurse 7-10 days after the egg has been fertilized. And the bleeding isn't really bleeding at all.. it's more like very very light spotting. Some women do not even spot at all.
Did you only have sex once? Because your spotting could very well indeed be from implantation, but it wouldn't be from the sex 3 days ago. It would be fromthe sex around a week to a week and a half ago.

No, you cannot have implantation bleeding 2-3 days after sex. Your egg would get fertilized first and then come down and implantation cannot occur in 2 days.

Normally, it will happen about the time that you were supposed to get your period. 2-3 days is too soon
