I really like Izzie's character on the show. I loved her storyline with Denny. Plus Katherine Heigl is a great actress. I used to watch her on the show Roswell quite a few years ago.
And Dr. McDreamy - aka Patrick Dempsey is very hot, so I like him too. (although the character has been a bit disappointing lately.)

I like Izzie Stevens the best, she is strong and gets things done. (I've always liked Katherine Heigl as an actress too)
I loved the storyline with Denny.
I still can't believe they wrote Jeffrey Dean Morgan out of the show.
Meredith is quirky but I wish she'd just get on with everything.
Derek is too frustrating for words.
Christina is cold, aloof and too competitive.
George is a tad too soft, but sweet.
Finn is ordinary.
Addison has grown on me, she is intuitive. She should leave Derek though.
Oh and another favourite is Alex, he is an interesting character.(Justin Chambers is cute)

I love Sandra Oh and Chandra Wilson (did I spell her name right?!)!
But as for the show's characters, I adore Izzie and her dead fiance, Denny!
And of course, Christina and Burke.

Patrick Dempsey......I have been a fan of his since his first movie "Can't Buy Me Love" but Izzie runs a very close 2nd
