I think that given the mass infiltration of American society by Mexican immigrants the question would be better stated inversely.
The United States will have Spanish as its first language long before Mexico adopts English.

The United States has already a large enough national debt, it doesn't need more debt by annexing Mexico.

Not no but hell no.That country is back in the stone age.Their leaders over the years have failed to provide ,running water ,electric,water sewer system,education,medical care,country security,were rebuilding enough countrys now..

Nope no reason to they have their president and he should be running their government. They don't need the U.S. to take care of them, they need their president to do that.
