Good job, but you need to focus on something other than him or having ended it with him or anything that can remotely be connected to him. Cold Turkey - remember.
How about focusing on making a new Christmas Tradition like walking the neighborhood checking out Christmas decorations and going back home having some hot cocoa and watching a cheesy Christmas movie all in one night. Or drop by and visit friends to just say "Sorry I can't stay, but I wanted to personally drop off this Christmas card and wish you a Merry Christmas"

Kinda yes and no, I am proud of you for finally making the right decision and yet I will never understand how people can do that. If you love someone that should be all you need, I know it is easier to preach than to practice sometimes but maybe you ought to re-assess your current relationship. If you are happy and love him then stay but if he is not enough for you maybe you should try and find someone who is, and finish with him first! You will only end up hurting him, and yourself, if you are not careful.xXx

One of the hardest thing s to do is end something when you still feel for someone, but at the end of the day if you dont love yourself no one else will . Never let any one make you feel worthless. although none of us reading this knows the reason your ending it.

yes ending an affair is good. But do u love the guy that u were cheating on? Did the guy u were cheating on make u happy? Did this guy u ended it with make you fell like u were wanted?

Let's look at it this way : " there were two people, who love each other madly, and they were meeting and enjoying each other, no harm done to anybody" and you ended that. am i proud of you? (and i am not your ex-lover)

How long has it been? You claim it wasn't hard yet you still love him madly. My bet is that it isn't over, not by a long shot.

You can love him madly if you went with someone else. You should end it now as you will do it again....

Could you elaborate on this? Why would you end a relationship with someone you love dearly...unless one of you is married?
If you or he (or both) are already married then congratulations are not in order. We must all use ethics, morals, and values in this world so why would or should one person be the exception?
If you and he are both single....then why end it?
