How do I disable the Alt+Tab function?

You have to edit the registry-
Run regedit
Move to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\control panel\Desktop
double click on Coolswitch
set to 0 and click OK
close the registry

Restart the system.

just dont push alt+ tab
