A deleted file is essentially an area on disk designated as free and ready to accept data (such as contents of some other file).

Unless the area has already been overwritten, it still holds the contents of the deleted file. Due to this fact it is possible to undelete files.

I have not quite understood your question. If you're refering to the Browser History (the tab which keeps track of all the URLs you have been visiting) I don't think it can be done. However, the most of the URLs you visited will be accessible from the drop-down list in the "Address" text box.

try system rstore...that is if ur using windows and created a restore point.

Start > Programms > Accesories > System Tools > System Restore
