I'd be in charge of organising all the elves and running the central co-ordination office. Everything from toy selection, build and wrap through to sleigh and reindeer preparation, route planning etc etc so probably his 'Ops Chief' or 'Santas, Senior, Super Sorter' or 'S4' for short!

Dispatch. I know it is a job that I would be great at and with all the routes taken Santa would love my ability to give him the exact route to take. Someone needs to get to the yards though.
