I guess that all depends on what you are looking for but I've never found a store with free art supplies. Now as far as mother nature goes the Native American people made there own dies and inks;you can paint on different kinds of tree bark (birch) ..Really Just Think About What Yuo Are Asking. IS This Another Form Of Panhandling. A little honesty here"most atrist are struggling just like you are.. Now on the other hand you dont have to buy high priced stuff walmart has alot..
