I don't give a monkeys stuff.
I'm happy enough to be 32, and happier still when that surprises people! (I don't celebrate my birthday, so I don't accept that I'm getting older!!!). And the wrinkles that I see around my eyes get deeper with each and every giggle, so what the hell, I like to laugh!...

Personally, I believe that it`s all downhill from here on out once you reach 40 due to two main factors:

1. Vanity

2. Self-consciousness

Most women (I don`t like to generalize) do not usually like to be reminded how old they are once they hit their forties, I would say.

It also implies that the women concerned might not appear as youthful as they feel or might want to (still) be.

Do I get offended if anyone (not just men) asks my age?

No, not yet, but I might in a few years, who knows?

Actually, when people ask me that question, I always automatically assume they`re referring to my inherent immaturity and provocative & shameless silliness.

If you knew me, you`d know why & would probably have to agree with them too!!! (lol)

Take it easy & Happy Holidays!!!

A lady should never have to divulge her age, her weight, or her income. If a man asks any of these questions, then he's just about as rude and crass as Rosie O'Donnell.

Women are more sensitive about their age than men because some women are obsessed with staying youthful.

I don't know why....I guess I'm one of the lucky ones. I'm not ashamed of my age - probably because I look younger than I am and people are always suprised when they hear my age.

I don't get offended because I look younger and sound younger than my chronological age.

the Question itself is not rude at all - but sometimes the ways of asking are very rude, hehe

age is not a secret at all, old heart is indeed~
