Hands Down!! George the 2nd is the funniest! Watch anytime he answers questions from the press or a rally - he stumbles, he stutters, mispronounces words, screws up old sayings, etc. But the piece DE resistance is when he goes completely blank and looks vainly around for some sort of divine intervention to a question.
