Congreeman Foley resigned his position therefore there is nothing anyone can do. If he were a democrat he could just hang out until a dem got into office then he would be pardoned.

Because they sadly have no proof of abuse. He only sent emails and did not molest the kid. This is not saying he has not commit such henious crimes in the past. I would watch him. He is also a Congressman and they get special treatment-which is BS.
