Clinton was impeached but it was not a legal impeachment. He lied like any red blooded cheating husband would lie if caught cheating. He did not harm the country in any way. Sure he is a horny dog, in his private life! Bush has lied and caused the death of many of our youth and he isn't through yet. I think that Bush and Cheney should be impeached! I am almost counting the days until they are out of office because of their term ending!

I don't really understand your question. If you are asking who tells the truth more, I would say Bush. Clinton lied directly to the American people on prime time TV when he said "I did not have sex with that woman Monica Lewinski." Also, Clinton lied in court, committed perjury and ended up being impeached for it. He was only the second president to be impeached. Unbelievable that Clinton had sex in the White House Oval Office and was distracted through some critical times in his presidency such as the Somolia debacle. History will judge Clinton harshly because of his lack of accomplishments and lies. As far as Bush goes, some say that he lied to get us into Iraq. This is not true because Congress authorized action against Iraq and the UN had resolutions against Iraq. US leaders from both parties as well as nations within the region and Saddam's military all thought Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction. So to say that Bush lied, means that you need to say that the rest lied as well. This question is separate from should the US have gone into Iraq in the first place and was the war conducted well? Personally, I am tired of the Bush and Clinton dynasty and want them out including Hillary!

All U.S. presidents are liars to some degree. They have to be in order to keep certain things secret from the public. Clinton, of course, lied about his affair with Monica, therefore, he is considered to be an open liar because he was caught lying on TV to the American people. Frankly, I don't give a damn about his affair. I think it was stupid for him to do what he did in the presidential office, but the guy has a bad sex drive and he cannot control himself.

Neither... it's all politics and it's all at least a partial lie.
UPDATE: Anyone who thinks that Monica Lewinsky was Clinton's biggest lie is either too young or too stupid to remember his presidency. The best thing to come out of the Clinton years is the fact that they were relatively peaceful.

Don't really understand your question.
Clinton was a better president by a long shot. Bush is ONLY our president now by a technicality that happened during his first election and I guess people didn't want to vote him out during the middle of a useless war.

Produce the papers that Sandy Burger stole and I will decide on your question. From what I have seen George Bush do, I would say George!
