my friend has been harrassed and abused by his boss...he needs legal advisor to help him.

Anywhere. Most will be only to pleased to help (for a fee). Try the local CAB first, they may know of "legal beagles" who give about 30 minutes of free advise first. That's the best way to find out if you've got as case.

If your boss is not at the top of the management "tree" first try going over his head and asking for an interview with his boss (with a witness of your own) If you think you have good evidence. If you've already lost your job through sacking or resignation try going for unfair and or constructive dismissal by applying to the local Employment Tribunal Office for a hearing and ultimately adecision. In any event keep copies of letters complaints witness statements etc .

go outside yer own area incase they are in each outhers pocket
and get a law man that wont know his boss on the golf course
