heart

PS: I have not yet found a source (therefore, I could be wrong). However, I just had a great time reading all about muscles in Wikipedia.
" Note that the tongue consists of sixteen muscles, not one. The tongue may possibly be the strongest muscle at birth."

PPS: The penis is not a muscle. The muscles that can move the erect penis are not located in the penis but in the lower abdomen; tendons then transmit the movement to the penis. Fingers have the same feature (the muscles are located in the forearm; the tendons all go through the carpal tunnel).

#1, the penis is not a muscle. It has muscles in it, but the entire structure is not a solid muscle.

#2, The tongue and heart are both relevant answers. The heart, although connected in two spots, is not connected at both ends. Neither is the tongue.

It's the tongue. Penis is a much more snigger worthy answer if that floats your boat, but to be terribly dull about the whole thing, the penis is not a muscle, just capable of filling with a lot of blood when it gets over excited.

The tongue, however is an amazing muscle capable of a huge range of movements, sensitivity and the added bonus of taste buds.

The tongue contains no bony supports for the muscles, instead the extrinsic muscles of the tongue anchor it firmly to the surrounding bones and prevent the mythical possibility of "swallowing" it.

Ask your doctor about an exercise routine. Regular exercise, such as walking three times a week, may reduce neuropathy pain, improve your muscle strength and help control blood sugar levels. Gentle routines such as yoga and tai chi might also help.
