i have heard about this many times but i still dont know what it is!!! please tell me more about this stuff!!!

It is a video file, which normally stores "subtitles", a MP4 is a part of a MPEG which you probably have heard of, and normally the videos are flash based. An MP4 Player does exist it stores text files, video, music files, normally it is sold in china now, but an iPOD can be an MP4 player.

mp4 is also known as mpeg-4 avc, or advanced video coding. it is a new technology which decreases video file size so that they are easier to work with and support.

It doesn't play videos it is a video format. .AVI files are a form of MP4

Well, mp4 is de same as mp3 but it has more cool functions lyk videos, photos n games! i tell u, mp4 is COOL!!! :)
