A programming language, such as Visual BASIC. Visual BASIC is an entry-level programming language. BASIC stands for Beginner's All-purpose Symbolic Instructions Code. Visual BASIC.NET is the most recent version of that language.

programmers create softwares... there are many tools in developing a software... that tool depends upon the software to be developed. one of the tools are programming tools like Visual Basic, Turbo C, pascal, assembly.. and others.
