it was the only country and that was America..........but now NO WAY after 9/11 bush administration seize all the liberties of their citizens
now most of the Scandinavian and European countries have freedom

It depends on your definition of freedom..I say this because not every one in the world looks at American style democracy as the democracy of choice !
