CAPRICE & CUTLASS SUPREME CLASSIC, PARISIENNE
Disconnect battery ground cable and discharge system refrigerant.
Drain radiator coolant.
Disconnect heater hoses at heater core.
Remove retainer bracket and ground strap.
Disconnect module rubber seal.
Remove module screen.
Remove righthand windshield wiper arm.
Remove diagnostic connector, hi-blower relay and thermal switch mounting screws.
Disconnect all electrical connectors at module top.
Remove module top, then the heater core.
Reverse procedure to install, applying new sealer material as necessary.
LESS A/C
Exc. 1983---88 Century & Cutlass Ciera & 1984---88 Cutlass Cruiser. For service procedures on 1983---88 Century and Cutlass Ciera, refer to models with A/C.
Drain cooling system.
Remove heater inlet and outlet hoses.
Remove radio noise suppression strap.
Remove cover retaining screws and cover.
Remove heater core.
Reverse procedure to install.
WITH A/C
Drain cooling system.
On all except diesel engine models, disconnect heater inlet and outlet hoses. On diesel engine models, raise vehicle and disconnect heater inlet and outlet hoses, then lower vehicle.
On diesel engine models, remove instrument panel lower sound absorber. On all models, working inside vehicle, remove the heater ducts, then the heater case side cover.
Remove heater lower outlet.
Remove 2 housing cover to air valve housing clips, then the housing cover.
Remove heater core retaining straps, core tubing retainers, then the core.
Reverse procedure to install.
REMOVE
Disconnect battery ground cable and drain cooling system.
Remove righthand sound insulator, center instrument panel trim plate and lower instrument panel trim plate.
Disconnect wires and hoses at programmer.
Remove programmer linkage cover and linkage.
Remove programmer.
Remove heater core cover.
Remove splash cover and disconnect heater hoses at heater core.
Remove heater core.
INSTALL
Reverse procedure to install.
88, 98 & CUSTOM CRUISER
Less A/C
Disconnect battery ground cable.
Disconnect blower resistor and blower motor wiring.
Drain cooling system into a suitable container, then remove heater hoses from heater core.
Remove seven screws attaching heater and blower case to plenum case, then remove case. The heater temperature air valve can be removed at this time by disconnecting valve cable and tapping hinge pin down until it clears the upper pivot, then lift valve and hinge pin out of lower pivot, Fig. 17.
Remove four screws securing heater core shroud, then shroud and core, Fig. 18.
Remove core mounting screws and clamps, then separate core from shroud.
Reverse procedure to install. Replace sealer as necessary during installation to prevent air and water leaks.

With A/C
Disconnect battery ground cable.
Disconnect blower resistor and blower motor wiring.
Disconnect A/C wiring, then heater core ground strap.
Remove thermostatic switch and diagnostic connector (if equipped).
Remove right half of hood seal, then seven screws attaching air inlet screen. Remove screen.
Remove five bolts attaching case to dash, nine upper to lower case attaching screws around flange and two upper to lower case attaching screws located inside plenum.
Remove upper case by lifting straight up, then off, Fig. 18.
Remove accumulator bracket, then lift evaporator out of case.
Remove heater hoses, then lift heater core out of case.
Reverse procedure to install. Replace sealer as necessary during installation to prevent air and water leaks.

you need a workshop service manual.I suggest you try your local library. Don't be afraid to disassemble the dash ,just take care not to mix up different size fasteners keep a written journal as you go.
Alternatively offer the job to an auto recycler, you might be surprised
what they can do!

you did not specify what model,i.e- delta 88, cutlass, cutlas calais, cutlass (sierra?)related to buick century, delta royale?
