use baby wet wipes, the kind you use for wiping their bums - the tesco value ones work great! don't try and get it off in one go though.. just give it a wipe every day for about 3 days.. got that advice from DFS

There is a Nubuck & Suede cleaner set marketed by Fiebings, a US company
The set is a stiff bristle brush & a small rubber/eraser (which has a very tough/rough texture)
The latter item will be very good for what you want - I am a full-time leatherworker & have done a lot of biro mark removal from bags, footwear, etc.

Definately hairspray - I just did it about 2 hours ago to my cream leather sofa and the blue biro ink came off a treat.

Spray a small amount of hairspray onto a cloth - this will lift the biro right off.

Metholated spirits applied with cotton wool or tissue
Use sparingly and in a well ventilated room with no bare flames nearby

or just try washing up liquid neat on the pen, then a little water to foam up

i have heard deodarent.spray it on, let it dry, remove with a damp cloth,the alchol brings it out.
