http://www.battleon.com has adventure quest and dragonfable they are free but if you purchase a membership then you can get extras but games are free.

Heres a good online RPG game. Its a multiplayer game too.
Its called Zeus' Legacy.
Free,fun,worthwhile,and non-download.

If you're at all interested in a free MMORPG, you can try Anarchy Online. It's a sci-fi MMORPG similar to Everquest but.. in the future. I enjoy it.
