You'll find the reason nobody has answered your question is because it is far too general in nature.
Every fruit and every vegetable is different, and I'm sure you don't expect someone to sit here and list every fruit and vegetable known to man, along with every nutrient each one contains.
There are books everywhere that can provide this information.
Rest assured, pregnant or not, if you eat a diet full of fruit and vegetables, as well as lean sources of protein, you will be healthy. A multi-vitamin forumlated for pregnant women is also excellent.
