Such services are available but they are very expensive, but they do give much more recent pictures. It is usually only major corporations that are willing to pay that kind of money for images that are within the past few months.

The other alternative is to hack the government spy satelites so that you can get live coverage. But that will put you in major trouble, get you thrown in jail, etc, etc. Not recommended.
