It makes you sleep but be careful - I know many people who have a reaction to the stuff - my husband being one of them. It makes him have nightmares and leaves him groggy next day. Stick to the recommended dose and dont take more than a couple of nights - you can become addicted to the stuff xxxxxxxx

Hi. SO sorry to hear you cant sleep. I know the feeling! Forst of all, I can tell you that Valerian keeps me awake. Wired almost!
Have you tried going for a very long walk or jog in the mid day? That usually exhausts me so I can finally get some sleep. Maybe that with the night nurse stuff (never heard of it) will help you.
Hope you get some sleep soon.

If you are taking something tio make you sleep you might as well just take some benedril(antihistamine) it will knock you out. Also Ny Quil will knock you out. Also Tylenol Pm will knock you out.
Sleeping herbs are no better than over the counter sleep aids. Take what works.
If Melatonin and Valerian are not working for you, the go to the drug store and get a sleep aid.
Good Luck

Hello,
YES NightNurse works for me. I prefere the liquid form though as this seems to have a quicker effect. You can however buy tablet forms they still work but they take a little longer to get into your system.
Also consider trying Nightol. This is safer than nightnurse. Where nightnurse is developed to help you sleep when your full of a cold, Nightol is a sleeping tablet which you can also buy off the shelf.
Pop into your local Chemist / Pharmacey and ask them if either of these are safe to take with Valerian. They will be able to tell you, and if not then they will be able to advice you on something else.
Have you tried buring Lavender oil in your bedroom and putting a few drops of this onto your pillow. Lavender helps my mum sleep at night and she suffers with insomnia. Buy Lavender at your health shop. The pure essential oil which comes in a dark bottle is the purest form. No added ingrediants, just PURE Lavender. Also put a few drops of this into a hot bath and relax in it before you go to bed. The water and lavender will help to relax your mind and body.
If none of these work you can also try playing some gentle soft music in the background in your room.
Im into Aromatheraphy techniques so if you want a full list of things to help you sleep just email me and i will send them onto you.

I was having alot of anxiety before sleeping and could not fall asleep. Had many many sleepless nights.
I was just playing with the program one afternoon and wanted to listen to the Power Nap track. Next thing I knew I was waking up! Fell right asleep without trying. After using the Fall Asleep track, I could fall asleep right away. But I didn't realize that I shouldn't be using that one all night. Switched to Whole Night and have been using it ever since.
I can go to sleep with ease now. I just lay and listen to the sounds and next thing I know I am waking up from a nice sleep. I don't suffer from lack of sleep anymore. I keep an IPod with earbuds next to my bed and take it ALWAYS when traveling. The earbuds help block out ambient noise and the sleep tracks keep me sleeping sound :)
Reboot your brain & sleep soundly again?

The best short term answer is relaxation exercises- tense each muscle group from the toes up and hold and then release. If the body is relaxed sleep will follow.

The best solution is to gain control over it. As someone already said, stop when you're getting there and relax. Pay more attention to pleasuring your mate--orally, perhaps--and avoid rubbing your penis up against anything while doing so. It will take work on your part and patience on both parts. Learn here http://EndPrematureEjaculation.enle.info/?vLpJ
As a last resort, some antidepressants curb sexual functioning with the intention of learning the pleasure of restraint after which you could taper off them. Here's your goal: the longer you can delay your orgasm, the more intense it will be. So it isn't just a matter of satisfying your mate. This is the main reason some claim stoned sex is better, unlike drunk sex which can leave you unable to perform (brewer's droop). You enjoy exploring each other longer. And remember, oral isn't just one place. It's all over, paying particular attention to kissing, and TALK about what each of you like. Strange how people don't talk about sex when they're the ones doing it.
