Vitamin E oils may make the problem worse. If possible, have someone apply a mudmask (available at drugstores) to your back and let it dry for about half an hour. Very gently rinse off in the shower. I would also see a dermatologist for some anti-biotics for the problem. In the meantime, remove sodas and processed foods from your diet and increase your water intake to at least 8 cups a day. Be sure you're exercising and keeping your skin clean, of course. If worse comes to worse, there is a product called Dermablend that stays pretty well that you can use on your back if you must, but hopefully the above suggestions will work for you. Good luck and enjoy your prom.

I am assuming you have acne? But you said vitamin E and that is used for scarring but I am assuming it is acne.. Blemishes can be several things.. but if it is acne, try using regular white vinegar on your back every day. It will burn and sting like crazy, but you will never have a pimple again (also works excellent on the face). I worked with a guy who had bad acne and I told him about the vinegar and his skin cleared in about a week.
Use a gentle exfolient. If none of that works try using Nature's Cure for Women in the Body formula. It is a pill (all natural) and a gel that is applied to the body. It works well and quickly.
Scarring can be cleared using a scar fade cream, but that usually takes a long time. If it is scarring and you need quick help, try going in for micro-dermabrasion. It has been known to help both acne and scarring. Recovery is about one to two weeks though.
I don't know what else to say. Just moisturize and make sure to use exfolients and products that don't contain any oils that clog pores or that leave a residue.
Hope you have a wonderful prom!!

Birth Control Baby!!!!!! I had A HUGE!!!!!!!! problem with my back breaking out, I hated it, I couldn't wear halter tops or anything. I tried everything like you, vitamins, sprays, creams, etc.
The only thing that worked for me is Yasmin birth control pills, it made them go away in 2 weeks!!! and I don't even have one little bump... I love them.
It doesnt neccessarily have to be yasmin, other birthcontrols work good too.
Remember you have that blemish problem because of a hormonal imbalance... birth control pills have hormones in them, so they will fix the problem.

some models or even actors put a combination of foudation and concealer to hide their back flaws esp. for emgency situations like if they have zits that came out and they have parties to go to at the end of the day so to cover it up just like in the front is same as in the back. to get rid of that you need to consult to a professional.
