I would think in the hospital under anesthesia. An accidental overdose would be easy I think. If you were code blue, meaning not to be resuscitated. You are already so close to death when they put you under that it isn't a big leap to take you out.

i would find the person you hate most,... and tehn shoot your self in the head such that your brain sprays all over their face, in the hopes that you may horrify them into a coma, yet even if that can be accomplished, you'll die knowing that they will have a lasting horrific image burned into there heads for the rest of their traumatitzed life.... :)

an accident huh? is theis a self induced accident or are you still trying to kill your wife for the insurance money?
if its self induced,. i would suggest ingesting a lot of nitroglycerin... then go to a store where someone you hate works, and ask them for something you know the store will not have,.. make sure there are a lot of witnesses because its key for the next part... In a loud voice, yell out that the customer service is so bad here you could just explode,... then jump up and down or punch yourself in the stomache quick to destabalize the nitro,... you will then explode all over the person you were talking to, and this will also happen in front of a lot of people shopping there... thus once again, you will traumtize someone else you dislike, as well as ruin his career potentially :)
As far as your wife goes,... I'll make it look like an accident for oh,.. say,... 10,000 ?

Im not thinking about death like you do, I will embrace my own demise. It's another step we all must take into a world of infinite bliss.
You on the other hand are living with guilt and strife, and therefore fear death because you know youre goin the other direction when u exit this life
the best unnatural way to die is lethal injection, not very painful.

sleeping pills. but u have to estimate how many is lethal dose, otherwise u would look pretty stupid and u get lots of complications after, which make your life suck even more
i like the previous to me answerer - but it might be painful ending. but so nice to spoil someone else's life just by your own death
