The blower motor resistor pack is bad replace the resistor pack and it should be ok . thats usually located in the air box near the heater core and held in with a couple of screws. If its not that then there could be relays are bad or the speed switch. but rarely its the last two items

It sounds like burnt out or detatched resistors on your blower control switch.
If not just use settings 3 and 4 and turn the stereo up!!

The blower works with a resistor grid behind the dash that passes a certain amount of current depending on the setting. I think one or two of the resistors have popped their clogs.

which could probably be the blower motor swap. each and each p.c. putting has its personal resistor to make certain the differant speeds. One resistor would nicely be undesirable and seem fantastic at the same time as the others artwork completely. The swap is maximum in all probability positioned on the blower motor field itself.

there's a wire resistor in the line and it sounds if either a wire has come off or the two sections for those speeds have burnt out. If so down to the local breakers yard for a new one!
