CommWarrior is a whole family of viruses for Symbian S60 R2 phones, containing about a couple of dosen variants. However, what you most probably have is either the first three (A, B or C) or the Q variant - they are the most widespread ones.

If you have the A, B or C variant, install the free utility pointed by the first of the two links below - it will remove the virus.

Removing the Q variant is trickier. See the second of the following two links for information how to remove it. (It also contains a good description of this particular virus variant, so you'll be able to recognize easily whether you indeed have this particular variant or not.)

Unfortunately, while there are several free virus removal tools for particular Symbian viruses like CommWarrior or Cabir, there is no free general-purpose anti-virus program for this platform, so I can't help you there. There are many reasonably-priced ones, though - so, if you have interest in such, ask another question and I'll provide a list.

There are many different opinions about the best antivirus available. I tried a lot of softwares and in my opinion the last version of Avira antivirus is for sure the best. This is the website where I've downloaded Avira for free http://bitly.com/1r2gaJy

Since I installed it, I never had any type of problem with my pc

How do you know you are infected by commwarrior? Maybe you could go to whoever is your service provider and ask them to clean it up?

How can you run an application on a cell phone? By downloading in from the internet? Email?

If you have a card reader included to your computer then take out the memory card from the cellphone, insert it in the card reader, then browse its contents, search for and delete following files if found on your cellphone's memory card (the drive letter (c) may not be same)
Go to the directory c:system\apps\commwarrior
and delete these files there:
c: \system \apps \commwarrior \commwarrior.exe
c: \system \apps \commwarrior \commrec.mdl

then go to the directory c: \system \updates
and delete these files there:
c: \system \updates \commrec.mdl
c: \system \updates \commw.sis
c: \system \updates \commwarrior.exe

then go to the directory c: \system \recogs
and delete this file there:
c: \system \recogs \commrec.mdl
