How do they get such giant tree into manhattan?

..."a giant truck" is not the answer i'm looking for.
Also, how do they stand it up and light it? Who puts the star at the top??

They use a giant flatbed semi truck to haul it in, then they use a crane to stand it up. They put the lights and star on before they stand it up.
