I travellng to Italy, France & Germnay this coming week and I know the food there is real expensive so to cut off a little from the bugdet I was planning to carry food along. Any Suggestions?

It isn't that expensive if you avoid eating in the tourist traps / go to supermarkets etc and buy food there. Especially in Italy and France, if you can find a place that the locals eat in, you'll be sorted for money. I haven't been to Germany for years so I don't know what prices are like there.

If you can afford to travel to Europe I bet you can afford to buy some food ;)
