I know there an Irirsh name similiar (Saoirse) but it pronounced and means different. This is definetly french.

And no it not Serge!! Sersha or Sergia. I knew a few people called it years back, want to know what it means as I am pregnant

I don't really know if it's french or not but i can tell u that the names u have chosen are beautiful. And if I where u I would name the baby Sersha but I would spell it such as: Chersha intelligent.

My language is French and I never heard anything else than Serge, for a boy... Sergio, for Latin countries and Sergei, Serguei, Serguev for the Russian.
It comes from Sergius in Latin and is Etruscan...
Meaning servant...

It doesn't matter for the spelling as long as you like the name spell it your own way make it original. My mum always did she spelt Luan for my sister (pronounced Looarn) ! Even worse for me and my cousins we all have weird names but very unique and original. I'm sure your baby will be too god bless good luck with it x
