I used a team made of Wolverine, Cyclops, Jean Grey and Storm.
Used Wolverine ad main character and attacked using the ultimate rage. Just attack and he will eventually be defeated. If you don't succeed go back to the beginning of the level and level up some more.

get all of your different characters to kill off the different those who safeguard her at the same time as you bypass in for the kill, or basically keep capturing projectiles at her, like from iceman or typhoon.

just take iceman and attack with the freezing beam
and also storm can help a lot
