If you find that you don't like IE7 and want IE6 back, there's a Microsoft support page with detailed instructions on how to uninstall IE7, this will leave you with IE6:

To uninstall Internet Explorer 7 to return to Internet Explorer 6 on Windows XP

1. Click "Start," and then click "Control Panel."
2. Click "Add or Remove Programs."
3. Check "Show Updates" at the top of the dialog box.
4. Scroll down the list and highlight the version of Internet Explorer 7 that you are running, and then click "Change/Remove." (If you are running Internet Explorer 7 Beta 2 Preview — March 20 or later, it is not necessary to check "Show Updates.")

Instead of reverting to IE6, you can use firefox browser . It works as good as any other browser except for those sites where you must compulsorily use IE. It is even possible to use both the browsers at the same time on a computer for browsing. They do not conflict with each other. And fireforx is a small program about 6 MB download.

I just did this one. Click on the start button down on the lower left side of the screen, then click on CONTROL PANEL. Look for add/remove programs and scroll down to internet explorer 7 and there should be an option by it that says remove. When you do, it gotes right back to explorer 6.

Have a look in your program files folder, you might still have the installer for IE6. It may let you go back, but I doubt it.

Better still get yourself a decent browser. Firefox is free, easy to use and a darn sight better than Internet Explorer.

I've not had any problems on any sites with it.

You can uninstall IE7 (after installing Mozilla to have a working browser) and then goto MSN to reinstall 6 (it'll also be on pretty much every software install CD you have ever bought as well), but my advice would be to stick to Mozilla, as Microsoft have really cocked up with IE7, trying to copy useful Firefox features without even considering just how ANNOYING they are if not implemented properly!
