I dont know if i got this from my mom or something but my feet tends to sway to the side when i walk in heels so my feet are not balanced when im walking especially in heels. Sometimes i feel like im about to fall when im walking. Am i weird or is anybody else experiencing this? Can anybody recommend anything for me pls? I need help!

Try a lower heel and practicing walking in them around the house. Doing exercises may help too. Try point and flexing your toe and doing circles with your feet.

I would definitely start with a kitten heel (or other low heel) and work your way up. Also try and get a good shoe that offers some support. I wear heels all day and it can be very hard on the front of the foot and toes. Another thing to think about is your foot size- the smaller your foot and the higher the heel the less of your actual foot is on the ground, so I wear a size 6 but if I wear anthing higher then 3.5 inches it's like I am pitching forward or wearing a ballerina toe shoe, and it looks stupid and feels very uncomfortable. There's a girl at work that wears this high heels and she hunches her back b/c she is unsure and it looks so silly. I think it's great that you want to avoid that. On your regular shoes - when you look at the bottoms are the soles evenly worn off? If not maybe you turn your foot when you walk in flat shoes too? Just some ideas. Good luck.

I'm a woman expert. You just need to practice walking in them. Try balancing a book on your head while you're doing it.
