None. The media system controlled by the oligarchy can make the ugliest person a star or turn the prettiest person into a nobody. It can also promote a bad actor into stardom or demote a very good actor (Mel Gibson?) into nothingness and filth.
The system is the BOSS. The big gun. The top boy. The God Father; so I think all actors pretty much are chosen and trained by the system. It is the system that decides the Denzel Washington should be famous or who gets the Oscar or who is forced on the American people who would pretty much accept anything as stupid as it might be.
