Some people swear by raw unfiltered apple cidar vinegar taken daily either as a drink or by itself - 2 or 3 tablespoonsful or more. My weight fluctuates so much I can't tell from my experience. I just started doing it about a week ago. Figured it couldn't hurt - there are supposed to be health benefits from taking the vinegar anyway. I agree with those who say not to try to go too fast. Yoga though is awsome if you have the time and desire to do it. Great for flexibility and increased energy.

No! I have learned from experience, you would be pushing your-self too hard, and I was told that from a trainer. Continue going to the gym, exercises is necessary to loose weight. I walk for exercises, and it relives my stress, and the dog gets walked, and I also listen to my favorite music. The best thing you can do is to continue and stick with it, loosing weight properly and being fit takes time, but you can do it. Best Wishes and Happy Holidays.

Well if you're just going to the gym and not eating right, then you probably aren't losing much weight. Try getting a cookbook on healthy meals. Eat a lot of fruits/vegetables, drink lots of water, and avoid fats and sugars.

Eat more fruits and vegetables to fill you up. Drink only water, nothing else. Many calories are derived from the fluids consumed. Exercise as you have been doing. You WILL lose weight....

just stand up straight then spread your legs by ur sides and join your palms straight up you head. Now start jumping by once joining the legs and patting your thighs on either side and again stretching of legs and joining palms over up your head. Keep jumping with at least 25-50 jumps. well going to gym is good, and continue it.
also do more of the cardio. like cycling, treadmill etc.
eat less, healthy.
ull surely see the diff.

mix a spoon of honey with citrus juice. have it every morning u will definitely loose Ur weight but i think u don't like its taste.
