Yeah, Any lady with class will decide if something is tasteful. After all isn't "tasteful" a largely used word in the vocabulary of a woman with class? Lingerie is intimate, and anything intimate must be specific to one's personal taste. Ladies like nice things, the unclassy women of this world prefer the uncouth like things. Lingerie should be chosen with the wearer in mind, not the model or the mannequin.

Lingerie should only be given by a very intimate friend/lover/ husband. And the prime concern should be comfort - with feminity being a bonus - would YOU want to wear something that just kept reminding you of where all your body-parts are in a painful way?

If you by under wear get it from some were she would shop or you feel she would like something from..... Example go to victoria secrets, not fredicks of Hollywood and please stay away from the stuff at KMART. Nothing wrong with the store, just not the most tasteful of options as a gift..
Can't mess up if it's from SAK's, Victoria Secrets, or high in Deparment store's like Neiman's

If my boyfriend bought me lingerie, I would be suprised more than anything as he never buys me that kind of stuff
