like ovas and stuff...and when will the special editions be released? both for seed and seed destiny.

There's an OVA entitled Gundam Seed: Stargazer (but don't expect anyone from the regular cast starring in that OVA).
The special editions are already available in Japan except for the last special edition of Seed Destiny which will be released next year. I'm not sure if they would be released outside of Japan.
There would be a movie coming up next year starring Kira, Athrun, Shinn, Lacus and Cagalli. I'm speculating it is a continuation of Seed Destiny after seeing the brief teaser trailer last summer.

they have these two short anime for Gundam SEED Astray, they are actually commercials to sale model kits. but this series are also in manga. It's released by TokyoPop in english.
Other than that, for Gundam SEED there's an extended ending and also a very short OAV. but there's going to be a movie.
