Both IE and FF have import and export functions to receive and send bookmarks, you can easily transfer bookmarks from one browser to the other

u wnt be previously having that but u can import all ur settings and all that if u wish to there is a import/export in the settings for the browser which asks u to import when u installed the software for the first time

Your email program shouldn't be attached to what browser you use, so you should be fine.

With FireFox you can import your IE settings, I don't think you can do it vice versa though. You would probably need a seperate piece of software.

Yes, it's possible...
For instance, when you install Mozilla (free) you can import favorites from IE (Setup will ask you whether to import, or not).
