Tennessee has no state minimum wage, but the Federal min wage is $5.15 per hour. If a particular state has no minimum wage, the Federal rate applies.

The US minimum wage is $5.15/ hour. Most states have rules requiring higher wages. Next year, the gov't will probably raisesthe national min. wage above $7.00/ hour.
