.
Thatz not possible man. Those photos were already taken one. They will update them only for some periodic time intervals.
And about live motion pictures - thatz surely impossible. Coz due to security reasons.
If google or some other service providers try, they can show all the things of the world live, but the permission was not given to anybody due to security threats. For eg. if you are a terrorist and you want to attack a person, you can easily track the VIP, thro the live motion picture and get him. Thatz why that project is not given permission until now.

Because you have no legal expectation of privacy in an aerospace view of your property. It's a house. It's visible. If you want it to be obscured, cover it with a big tarp or be **** Cheney (Google Earth the Vice Presidential mansion...it's pixilated). If they used infrared imagery and got images of you in an intimate moment, that would violate your expectation of privacy.

Hi!
I'm afraid this can't be done... Google uses some satellites to take pictures of the world... now... no company provides online live surveillance of the planet except for a company called CIA. :)
Sorry!

Um that's not possible. It's cached. Google earth would not update their database like every second. And so is most programs out there.

Satellite pictures do not come free of charge. There is no service that provides what you are looking for without any cost.

Hack into the government systems. Just kidding. Sorry it's not happening unless you have access to these systems.
