I have dry skin as well, and I have just started using Pond's Cold Cream, which I found after researching this exact topic online, and was surprised to find that this age-old product is actually the best. It removes dirt and makeup and does not damage your face in any way, and on top of that is very moisturizing as well. They even have different formulas for sensitive skin, extra dry, etc. I was surprised to find that Pond's still has a cult following, and that many women credit this product to maintaining a youthful face, some claim regular use over a lifetime has taken 20 years off. Its worth checking it, and the best part is: its readily available and pretty cheap! :-D Hope this helps!

Cetaphil, seriously. Especially so if you have dry skin. A facial wash should simply wash the dirt/grime/excess oils/whatever off your face, nothing more really.
Anything that claims to solve any other problem (preventing blemishes, reducing wrinkles, etc) is usually a load of crap. Think about it: The only way something can actively work on your skin is if its actually on there, and how long is your face wash actually on your face? This is especially true of washes containing benzoyl peroxide or other blemish fighting chemicals. If they aren't on your face for more than, what, a few minutes, how can they possibly do anything?
So, nothing too exotic, something gentle, and non-irritating. Doesn't have to be Cetaphil, but its among the cheapest and widely available (in the US that is).

Eve Lom is the best cleanser in the world according to vogue, I use it myself and I love it, its expensive but worth it, is very natural and is almost like an oil on he face it is excellent for dry skin. The think I like about it is you donthave to 'pull' and rub your skin to take the mae up off which is bd for lines.. The other one that is good is Dermalogica. Hope this helps

I highly recommend Pond's Fresh Start Daily Exfoliating cleanser. It removes makeup fairly well, but be sure to follow up with an alcohol-free toner (Neutrogena makes a nice, basic one)

Use: Phisoderm skin care. It's very good. I use it for years, you're going to love it. And it has 2% Silicylic Acid Acne Treatment. Non-drying.

Equate is a really good one i got it reccomended by my doctor for acne and it really works. It gently cleanses the skin without removing natural oils and maintains natural PH balance

okay this dosn't take off make up... but it is SUPER for the skin.
cod oil (the kind they fed to sick people) and baking soda. mix together, rub on your face and then wash off. use only ever so often.
it sound weird but your skin will feel AMAZING afterwards.

choose a product according to your skin type.
