Help me remember the name of this Sega game!?

There was this one game that was at put-put released by sega where you were in a car and drove. You came to this one part where a bridge was there and a lady would say something like "the bridge is out." and I think you could see her face on a screen or something. Sorry it's really vague. Any help would be appreciated!
