Was going to suggest Bourne Identity... seems to be his best performance I can think of... oh yeah, and then the part he sort-of didn't play in "Team America" ("MATT DAMON!").

he does well with action but I'm going to give him Good Will Hunting; however, I have yet to see his work in the Good Shepherd. He was also pretty good in The Departed.
