Pay attention to english classes or take some english classes. Read more. The higher the vocabulary, the better the understanding, the better the communication. Practice in front of a mirror to help with speech. Open up MS word and start writing sentences. Word will automatically tell you when you've written something that doesn't seem right. Get a thesaurus to learn a variety of the same word with a similar or same meaning so you're not found repeating words over and over and over and over (get it). Hope this helps.

The easiest and surest way to improve in ANYTHING is PRACTISE. Depending on the type of communication you are referring to you should pick the appropriate channel to practise. Eg. if you want to improve telemarketing skills, get a job in telemarketing and learn on the job or some may provide free training. On the other hand, if you just want to generally improve communicating with people, you might need to be a little more proactive and initiate a conversation. But before that can happen, you should have a clear mind of what to say and choose open topics. Else you'll find yourself running out of words after a couple of minutes. Effective communication also requires you to be attentive and focus. If you are not listening and at the same time deciphering what the person is saying, you may provide an absolutely useless answer to the receiver and he/she will lose interest in communcating with you. Essentially, you need to have a broad spectrum of knowledge to hold a conversation. People are attracted to knowledgeable people who can solve problems.

The easiest way to improve communication is to start communicate proactively. You may be having some friends who may be okay in communication. At first you may not be able to complete a sentence or may be stammering, but if u try again and again you can improve. One other way is to improve your vocabulary. Read more like newspapers, magazines, and in between when you don't get the meaning of some word, you can get to know the meaning using a dictionary and thus you will be improving your vocabulary, which inturn helps you to pick up the pace in communication.

LISTENING COMPLETELY AND GIVING THE NEXT PERSON YOUR UNDYING ATTENTION AND NOT BEING JUDGEMENTAL. YOU HAVE TO BE BIAS TO THE SUBJECT. ALSO AND MORE IMPORTANTLY MAKE SURE THAT BOTH PARTIES ARE UNDERSTANDING AND CAN HEAR CLEARLY EVEN IF YOU HAVE TO BREAK IT DOWN SOME. POSITIVE ATTITUDE IS ALWAYS A PLUS. JUST KEEP AN OPEN MIND.

speaking with your loved ones will definitely improve just because you speak more with loved ones when compared to your others.
